Featured Bahian Delicacies & Drinks:
🍤 Shrimp Moqueca with White Rice
A rich and aromatic Brazilian seafood stew made with fresh shrimp, simmered in a luscious coconut milk and dendê (palm oil) sauce, enhanced with tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and fragrant cilantro. Served with perfectly fluffy white rice to soak up the flavorful sauce.
🥥 Cocadas
A traditional Brazilian coconut sweet, cocadas are chewy, caramelized treats made with shredded coconut and sugar.
🍛 Feijoada Baiana & Vegan option
A hearty and flavorful pinto bean stew with pork, sausages, and beef, slow-cooked to perfection. Served with white rice, farofa (yucca flour) and vinaigrette, couve , (collard greens). This dish is a true celebration of Bahian soul food.
🌮 Acarajé
A deep-fried ball made from black-eyed peas, filled with shrimp, vatapá (a creamy mixture of shrimp, peanuts, and palm oil), and topped with crunchy, tomatoes and cilantro salad. This street food classic is packed with authentic Bahian flavor and spices.
